This is the largest holder but it's discounted due to the face being off-center and the red dots not coming out right. Plus it was next to another piece with antique gold glaze which flashed onto this piece so some of the cherry red dots came out like a muted dark metallic pink

*All bats have a cut out in the back where you can insert cone incense. The smoke comes out of the mouth and the back.

White Stoneware Clay for functional pottery and lead free, food safe glazes.

How it's Made

Each piece is made by me, Lindsay Keating in my studio in southeastern PA. I throw each piece on the pottery wheel, trim it, sculpt any additional elements such as a handle/make any alterations, carve and/or paint by hand, glaze and fire it twice.

Care Info!

Meant to be used with cone incense. PLEASE NOTE: While the incense is burning - the ceramic will get hot! Let it cool down for 10-15 minutes before touching it.

You can clean your bat with soap and water like you would take care of any piece of kitchenware/pottery or dust it with a clean cloth.

This is a handmade item, expect minor flaws, that’s the beauty of handmade! :)
